When building projects large in scope we find it best to build modularly.

GROWTHco programs are action-oriented, high-level goal setting programs that ensure goal achievement. Clients have clearly defined goals and proactively plan, pursue, monitor, and achieve desired outcomes while going through the programs. Their clients transition from being 'interested' in their goals to being 'committed' to them. For people who are serious about success, and action-oriented kids involved in these high-level goal achievement programs, we had to build a state of the art, very interactive yet easy to use website. We developed:

A cutting edge website to house all the tools for real goal setting and the online video training.
A social networking engine custom built to suit the wants and needs of todays young people and built upon a scaleable infrastructure allowing GROWTHco to serve today's participants as well as tomorrow's goal setters.
The course is completely interactive. Throughout the eight levels the participants are challeneged to get hands on with the application to ensure information retention and FUN!

Phase 1 - Building the portal

In order to achieve a high level of functionality and meet critical project deadlines, as well as keep the budget in line with GROWTHco`s cash flow, the portal is built with proven Content Management components. It is database driven accomodating large numbers of visitors and excellent session, goal and course progress tracking.

Phase 2 - Building the community

The Community component built into the portal allows easy login and interaction with other participants and reviewers. Corporate employees & executives, individuals, young people, schools, and families can share the portal and create connections.

Phase 3 - Filming the lessons

Using state-of-the-art multimedia visualization tools, such as High Definition video, M2 quickly builds scripted lessons, carefully edited to achieve broadcast quality documentaries with interactive features: a visually stimulating elearning and goal setting experience.

Phase 4 - Building the course

A real instructor in engaging surroundings. We deliver a personalized, entertaining, on-demand learning experience that uses the latest computer-based and Web-enabled technology. Blending video with questions and answers, we keep the participant interested and asking for more!

Phase 5 - Film & edit promotional videos

No website is an island! Promotional video shorts are created out of the existing portal material and new messages in order to promote the website on TV and on the web.

Phase 6 - Film & edit bonus content

As with any successful website, sponsors want their products and message shown on the Internet. Entertaining bonus videos are filmed, edited and showcased on the website!
